Who we are
This website belongs to Dialogos Research, an independent research consultancy. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Dialogos Research. You can reach us through the contact page or at info@dialogosresearch.com.
What this site collects
Browsing this site does not require you to give us any personal information. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party scripts. The headlines and images on our news page are saved into the site when it is published, so reading them sends nothing to their publishers unless you follow a link.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver pages and keep the service secure. That processing is governed by the hosting provider's own privacy terms.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organization if you give one, the topic you choose and your message. When you press send, these details go to Formspree, the form service that delivers the message to us by email and stores a copy on our behalf. Formspree handles that information under its own privacy policy.
We use this information only to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to manage that work. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Please do not send confidential, identifiable or unpublished material through the form. If a project needs that kind of information, we will agree a secure way to share it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, and then delete them. If you would like your message deleted sooner, ask us and we will do so.
Information shared during a project
Data and documents shared during an engagement are covered by the written proposal and any confidentiality or data agreement we sign with you, not by this website policy.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and its effective date.
